Dance Recital

On May 18 Abigail had her first dance recital. She had taken lessons at church for 10 weeks and they had a small recital at the end. She loved the lessons and did great at the recital. She really was the only one who seemed to know what was going on, I am not just being partial! It was a good experience for just starting out.

Henry is pulling up!

Just a few days after his 8 month birthday (may 12) he pulled up on his own. He had been just getting on his knees and this day he made it and he hasn't looked back since. He was quite proud of himself and now he is an accident waiting to happen! He tries to stand holding on to anything and I have already found him on the third step going upstairs. He will be walking before I know it!

Henry is 8 months old!

Well even though he will be 9 months old next week, these pictures were taken a month ago I have just now gotten around to blogging them.

The sign is almost impossible to work with because you need to be an octopus to take the picture and get him to sit still near the sign without him grabbing it.

Fish Fry Carnival

After we ate fish we went to ride some rides. Mom and Dad kepy Henry for us so we could take Abigail to ride.

She loved this rollar coaster. It wasn't very scary but it was loud and a little jerky and I wasn't sure how she would do but she couldn't have been more excited. They had to stop halfway through to let some crying kids off but Abigail didn't want off at all. She thought she got to ride twice without getting off.

Fish Fry 2009

The last Friday in April is the World's Biggest Fish Fry. This is the third year for me to take Abigail and the last two years Matthew has taken off work on Friday to go so that makes it extra special. We usually sit with April , Kiley and Colt. We lived together in college and now she lives in Mckenzie so we get to catch up and visit and let the kids play.

April, Kiley and Colt. Kilet is 5 months older that Abigail and Colt is 5 months older than Henry.

We made it to the fish tent this year to eat all you can eat catfish. As much as I have been to the Fish Fry, I think I only ate the fish once in high school so it was a new experience to do that again.

At Incredible Pizza on her actual birthday. It was fun on a Tuesday night, don't think I would try it on the weekend.
